“What does this mean for the charges?” I asked.
“We are upgrading the charge against Patricia Morgan to felony assault with a deadly weapon,” Vance said.
“We are also filing charges of tampering with evidence against Michael Morgan and Daniel Morgan,” she added.
“The warrants are being processed as we speak,” Vance said.
“They will be arrested?” I asked.
“Yes,” Vance said. “Patricia will be taken into custody today.”

“They upgraded it,” I said. “Felony assault.”
