I watched Conrad’s face.

The skin around his jaw tightened, a small muscle jumping under his ear.

“That is a baseless accusation,” Conrad said, though his voice had lost its resonant boom.

“The signatures on the transfer wire documents are yours, Conrad,” Naomi said, opening the blue folder.

She turned a page, revealing a high-resolution photocopy of a bank transfer slip.

The signature at the bottom was clear: *Conrad Harrow*.

“And these transfers occurred exactly three weeks before you forced Amelia to sign the prenup,” Naomi added.

“You used the prenuptial agreement to shield those specific illicit funds from any future division of assets,” Naomi said.

“That is fraud,” I said, looking directly at Conrad.

“And because the funds were fraudulent, the entire basis of the prenuptial agreement is void,” Naomi said.

“But not in the way you wanted.”

“What do you mean?” Vance asked, his face losing its color.

“We are filing a counter-suit,” Naomi said. “We are claiming the full value of the hidden assets.”

“And we have already forwarded these documents to the United States Attorney’s Office,” Naomi added.
