Graham’s eyes darted to the door.
He seemed to realize, for the first time, that Bianca was not in the room.

Harrison leaned down and whispered something in Graham’s ear.
Graham flinched and pushed Harrison’s hand away.
“No,” Graham said loudly. “This is a setup. This is a bitter woman trying to ruin my reputation because she found out about a personal matter.”

“She’s vindictive, Elliot,” Graham said, turning his body toward the managing partner. “You know how she is. She’s doing this to destroy the firm just to get back at me.”
Elliot finally looked up.
His face was pale, his eyes sunken.
“This isn’t about your marriage, Graham,” Elliot said.
“It is entirely about my marriage!” Graham shouted. “She’s using stolen information. It’s a violation of privacy. None of this is admissible.”
