“We have the preliminary injunction,” Harris said, placing the papers on the table. “Eleanor’s guardianship is suspended.”
“And the criminal charges?” I asked.
“The FBI arrested her in Chicago three hours ago,” Harris said. “She was trying to board a flight to Zurich.”
“And Marcus?”
“He will be indicted by noon,” Harris said. “The trust is secure. We have moved the funds to a private management group.”
He slid a pen across the table.
“Now, we just need your signature on the permanent guardianship papers,” he said.
