“And he used corporate funds to do it,” Benjamin added. “That is grand larceny, embezzlement, and systemic bribery.”

I looked toward the hallway, worried that our voices would wake Liam and Chloe.

“If this goes to the federal prosecutor, Harrison is finished,” Benjamin said, tapping the papers. “And Rebecca goes down with him.”
“This is the leverage we need,” Jonathan said, looking at me. “He cannot remove me from the board if I have this.”
