“Then we bypass them,” I said.

“We file the charges directly under the False Claims Act.”

“We need to secure the primary servers at his corporate office before they can wipe them,” Vance said.

She tapped her pen against the mahogany table.

“Richards Strategic Consulting has its main servers in their Oakland office,” she continued.

“If we execute a search warrant, we need to know exactly where to look.”

“The secondary accounts are managed by Denise,” I said.

“She keeps backup drives in her private office at the Richards estate.”

Vance leaned back in her chair, her eyebrows raised.

“Will she cooperate?” she asked.

“Denise is an opportunist,” I said.

“She has no loyalty to Gregory’s legacy.”

“If she sees a federal warrant with her name on it, she will panic.”

“She will do whatever it takes to protect her personal assets.”

Vance stood up and walked over to a secure landline phone on the wall.

“I am calling the district judge to get the warrants signed immediately,” she said.
