“Just let me go back to my office and retrieve it.”
He reached for his briefcase on the bench.
“Stay where you are, Arthur,” Nathaniel said.

“I own Vanguard Engineering,” Nathaniel said.
“They do not perform residential inspections for Brindlewood.”
“In fact, they haven’t been contracted for any of our properties in over five years.”
