“Preston Hayes has been stripped of all executive authority and signing privileges.”
“You can’t do that,” Preston said. “The board requires a majority vote.”

Preston’s jaw tightened, a small muscle twitching near his ear.
“The charter plane was paid for with a corporate card,” I said.
“That card has been deactivated.”
“And the funds used to secure the flight are corporate property,” Agent Miller added.
