“The construction company is leveraged to the hilt, and he’s using James’s charity funds to pay off his debts.”
“They’re using the hospital as a personal bank.”
“But how can we prove it?” I asked, my chest tightening with panic.
“Dr. Sterling won’t listen to me.”
“She needs the Hendricks foundation money to keep the lights on.”
“We need the physical records,” Daniel said.
“The actual delivery slips from the loading dock, and the medicine logs.”
“If we can show that the inventory discrepancies only happen on days when Mark’s crew has access to the building, they can’t blame you.”
